These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Stadium Strikers mobile application ("App") and services provided through the App. By accessing or using Stadium Strikers, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and your continued use of the App following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must use the App with the permission of a parent or guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. User Account
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

- Transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other user’s account or the App’s systems;
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the App’s functionality.
6. In-App Purchases
Stadium Strikers may offer in-app purchases. You acknowledge that all purchases are final, and no refunds will be provided except as required by law. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Stadium Strikers or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding the App’s availability, reliability, or suitability for your needs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Stadium Strikers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
